When: September 14th, 6:30pm Where: Sumner Co-op Preschool Great Room What to Bring: Completed Registration Packet (Forms and Docs) including: *Information Form *Bates Registration Form with your social security number (this is needed to assign you a student number and will only be used once) *Consent for Emergency Medical Care *Child Release form *Completed Certificate of Immunization Check for September Tuition or year's tuition (a card reader will also be available orientation night only for those who would like to pay the year's tuition in advance by credit card) *Yellow Class - $60 or $486 with 10% discount for full year's tuition *Red and Green Classes - $75 or $607.50 with 10% discount for full year's tuition *Blue Class - $90 or $729 with 10% discount for full year's tuition Cleaning Deposit Check of $50 which will be held until you complete your cleaning day. This will need to be a separate check from your tuition payment. You will also be doing the following: Signing up for your Board & Committee Positions Signing up for your cleaning day Signing up for your meet the teacher appointment (Red, Green & Yellow classes) Confirming your contact information for the school roster. Receiving a welcome letter, packet of information, and the September calendar for your class. Meeting the preschool board and your class representative. Earning a Parent Education Credit!
