Review vaccination records for all students; make sure each student has a completed vaccination form or an exemption form.  If there are errors or incomplete forms contact family for follow up.  


Submit general information to family newsletter (ie, how to stay healthy during flu season). Also send emails to all families if there is a specific health concern affecting students at school (ie.head lice) to inform them of situation, symptoms, and what to do next. In such emails, make sure not to mention any names of students or families.


Check the emergency supply kit to ensure items aren’t past expiration dates.  If new supplies are needed ask supply purchaser to purchase or purchase yourself and keep receipts to be reimbursed.
